Our Shipping Policy

We have a clear and steady shipping policy. The following are the noteworthy details of our shipping policy. 

  • Our shipping business days are from Monday to Friday. 
  • Any item placed on the weekend (non-working day) will be dispatched on the next working day. 
  • No expedited shipping amount will be refunded if there is a delay due to the unrest situation. 
  • The customer will be notified via SMS/email provided in order details once the shipment tracking id is generated.
  • It's solely the customer's responsibility to keep track of the shipment until it's delivered and received. 
  • Once the shipment package is picked up from our facility by the service provider, we are not authorized to change the address or any details. 
  • We won’t entertain any request made by the customer to change the address or any detail. 
  • For rescheduling or any changes, customers must need to contact the (shipping) service provider.
  • Any item ordered after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped out on the following business day, regardless of the shipping service selected. 
  • Orders placed on Fridays on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

How Do You Start a Return Process?

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund with the following considerations: 

  • First, file a request for a return via email/customer chat support/ or through call. 
  • Mention your reason clearly, "why do you want to return the product?" and also share your order number. 
  • If it’s a mistake from our side, our representative will assist you further. 
  • When returning any item, please enclose your original packing slip with your return package. 
  • Make sure that the product packaging/box is original and the product is exactly the same at the time of return as it was delivered to you. 
  • You are responsible for bearing the shipping fee incurred for the refund/exchange. 
  • In case there is a mistake from our side, we’ll bear the shipping charges by giving you a label that you need to place on the parcel. 
  • Shipping fees for the purchase are non-refundable 
  • Customers aren’t eligible to return a single item from the bundle. We accept complete bundle in return.
  • Sales/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Your refund will be issued when the package is received by our returns department. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from receipt of the package to have funds processed back to your account.

Note: Return can be only processed via mail only. 

We’ll return the refund to you by the method of payment you choose. All returns are subject to quality assurance by Tops & Bottoms upon receiving. If the quality assurance team detects that the return was falsely claimed to be defective, then the shipping label cost will be reinstated and will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Tops & Bottoms reserves the right to refuse the refund of any merchandise that does not qualify or does not include all return information requested above. We'll send the product back if it does not comply with our return policy, stating the reason for the denied return. 

There are no exceptions to this policy. 

Procedure to Return an Item

To return an item, you must need to contact our customer support and share the details, including but not limited to 

  • Order number
  • Email 
  • Specify whether you need a refund or exchange 
  • Reason about why you need a refund/exchange
  • Share the tracking number via email once you have shipped the parcel to us. 

Note: all this procedure needs to be done within the 30 days of the delivery date.
