AIR JORDAN 14 FERRARI

The Air Jordan 14 “Ferrari” Returns in Summer 2025

Air Jordan 14 “Ferrari” Banner

Heads up, sneaker fam — one of the most recognizable colorways of the Air Jordan 14 is set to return for the first time in over a decade. The Ferrari-inspired Air Jordan 14 Retro “Ferrari” is confirmed for a release on June 14th, 2025, bringing that unmistakable Challenge Red finish back to shelves.

Originally dropping in 2014, the “Ferrari” was a fresh take on the Air Jordan 14, swapping out the traditional construction for a streamlined, one-piece red suede upper that paid tribute to Michael Jordan’s Ferrari 550 Maranello. Vibrant Yellow hits on the Jumpman shield logo, tongue, and heel branding add just the right amount of pop, while a carbon fiber print on the midsole completes the racing-inspired look.

The 2025 retro sticks close to that OG design, offering a premium feel and updated shape that’s closer to the original 1999 tooling. Expect the same performance-driven vibes and luxury detailing that made the Ferrari 14 a standout in the first place.

As Jordan Brand gears up for its 40th anniversary, the Ferrari 14 is just one piece of a loaded retro lineup, standing alongside other anticipated drops like the “Black Toe” AJ 14 and fresh collabs from Travis Scott, A Ma Maniére, and more. If you’re looking to round out your collection with a piece that’s as bold as it is historic, the Ferrari 14 should be at the top of your list.

Why the “Ferrari” Still Hits Hard

The Air Jordan 14’s story is legendary. Debuted in ‘98 and designed by the genius Tinker Hatfield, it was a futuristic take on luxury performance, inspired by MJ’s Ferrari 550M. The OG colorways were already fire, but the 2014 “Ferrari” flipped the whole script with that car-inspired build — no cap.

Now, for Summer ‘25, Jordan Brand’s bringing that same high-octane energy back for the brand’s 40th anniversary run. From collabs to OGs, they’re reminding us why the Jumpman still rules the game. And for the “Ferrari” 14, it’s the perfect moment of nostalgia and next-level heat.
