The sneaker pays tribute to the original 1985 “UNC” colorway, honoring Michael Jordan’s college roots at the University of North Carolina. But this isn’t a simple retro. Jordan Brand has deliberately aged the pair — using cracked white leather, Powder Blue overlays, and a yellowed “Sail” midsole to mimic the look and feel of a pair pulled from a vintage stash. The outsole also features an oxidized finish, further cementing the old-school vibe.
In line with recent releases from the Reimagined series, the packaging tells its own story. The box comes distressed, in orange with a mismatched black-and-red lid, flipping the “Lost & Found” concept in reverse.
