Due to any unrest situation or severe weather conditions e.g. snowstorm, the processing and shipment times may be longer than usual, delays are expected for all U.S. shipments during such events. Also Due to Covid and unrest Situation Express Orders mighty delay as per FedEx, All our Express orders Shipped by FedEx, and they had clearly mentioned in their policy that if any second day or next day orders get delay they will not reimburse the shipping amount, hence please note if you place the order with any above shipping options and your package delays, we will not refund the shipping amount.
We are providing shipping all over the USA. Orders above USD 50 are applicable for free shipping with the standard delivery option and excludes priority shipping or express shipping or few select items. For all orders under USD 50 (excluding the priority shipping or express shipping), there is a minimal charge on standard shipping. Currently, we are shipping products only in the USA.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping option you have chosen. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Once the shipment tracking id is generated customer will be notified via SMS/email provided in order details. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the shipment until its delivered and received.
Once the shipment package is picked up from our facility by the service provider, we are not authorized to change the address or any details, hence we will not entertain any request by the customer to make changes. Customers can contact the service provider for rescheduling or any changes.
Any item(s) ordered after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped out on the following business day regardless of the shipping service selected. Orders placed on Friday with the next business day selection will be delivered on Monday. Our shipping business days are from Monday to Friday.
To secure the delivery of your package(s), please select the signature option. This service benefits you if your service address has a history of theft and stolen packages. Furthermore, the signature service allows for a guaranteed refund if your signature was not taken due to the carriers fault. Lastly, adding a signature service frees you from worrying about filing a claim with the carrier or our company. As our customer, you should not need to worry about receiving a refund or filing a claim for any of your lost or stolen merchandise.
