During this difficult time, the well-being of our staff, customers, partners and our communities are our top priority. Due to the lock-down order imposed by the governor of brick & mortar stores operational are on stand still. We have minimized our online customer service team including phones orders as well as our warehouse operations to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are taking additional steps in other facilities, our online store is operational and taking orders. We have new policies imposed including the option of staggered work schedules in warehouse, social distancing and additional safety measures and cleaning steps to help protect and support our team. As our supply chain takes every precaution for the health and safety of their staff members and our customers, you may experience a bit longer than expected delivery times.

Our Call center is only taking emails, website chats or calls as form of communication with our customer service team, to help with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. A response may take longer than usual, but rest assure that you will get a response to your inquiries.
